Positive: My group loved the house and all the features that offered. To them, it was the highlight of the accommodations I have picked during our USA trip.
Conveniently located and perfectly fusnished, spending a night here helped us bonding.
Negative: This house will truly shine with a smaller group, let's say about 10, but it does indeed sleep 16 people. I know because we were 16.

Waking up to that view was worth every penny
Positive: Love the views, the bed in the master bedroom is wonderful. The location.
Negative: I felt like it took me a long time to find a frying pan and once I did, it is pretty beat up. I think there needs to be a more cooking utensils for a place that big. I mean it was only two of us but the cooking utensils were weak, but that’s OK. That’s no big deal.

Communication with Danny and team was excellent. The location is in a very safe neighborhood and was centrally located for our planned activities. The beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of towels and other supplies, which is very nice to see. The variety of things to do (pool, ping pong, corn hole, air hockey, kayaks) are great assets to the rental. We used most of them!! The upper deck with its fire pit and views was awesome. We were very happy with this rental
